Every session builds on the last, and everything you learn feeds one continuous course project. Guiding it all are STRV product managers who run multiple products at once, and that experience shows in the advice you'll get. ### PM THE STRV WAY Learn product management the way STRV practices it: framing problems worth solving, writing specs engineers can build from and making the calls that keep a team moving. It all transfers to any product you'll ever run. ### YOUR IDEA, START TO FINISH You'll arrive with a product idea and take it through the full lifecycle, from discovery to scaling, one layer per session. By graduation, that rough idea is a finished project you'll present to a live audience. ### A PM IN YOUR CORNER A dedicated mentor supports and advises each student through the entire Academy. You'll apply what you learned, then get structured feedback to sharpen your work before the next session. **One continuous project, start to finish** You'll build on the same idea throughout the Academy, layering in new concepts each week with guidance from STRV mentors. By the end, you'll have something real to show. ## Product Academy is for you if 1. You have early experience with product management or software development and are looking to boost your skills with seasoned professionals. 2. You want direct mentorship and honest critique from senior product managers, not pre-recorded courses. 3. You’re ready to show up in Prague, commit fully and put in the work for five intensive weeks. 4. You want to leave ready to compete for product management roles at product-driven companies like STRV. ## How to join A structured selection process built to find motivated candidates and make sure the fit works on both sides. 128 spots ### Submit your application Tell us who you are, what motivates you and why you want in. Fill out the questionnaire and record a short intro video. We’ll move 32 candidates forward. 32 spots ### Complete a test project Selected candidates complete a short test project and record a brief video. We'll then meet online to chat and answer your questions before choosing 16 students. 16 spots ### Join the Academy The final 16 join the Product Academy in Prague.
