Mobile apps are about precise programming, great ideas, handy UX and beautiful designs. When you want to give your app a simple design, you need to make sure you gave a message into it. Check out the fresh design of our new food delivery app Ordr by STRV’s Creative Director Pavel Zeifart.

As you can see in our social feed, we launched a new delivery service called Ordr at the end of May. It’s been just over a month, and we are pleased to report it is a great success.

Ordr’s design is based around two things - time and food. Ordr’s delivery time is 10 minutes or less(average delivery time under 6:00), and the food is delicious.

Ordr’s logo is shaped like a clock (or a plate, depending on how you see it) with a simple green leaf adding a splash of color to the design.

Pavel about his design - “My first idea was to create something in the shape of a food box. After few attempts, I threw that idea away and started from scratch. I then came up with the idea of a clock.

That shape has two meanings. First, it is a clock, which has a leaf as its minute hand. But it can also be seen as a round plate with a vegetable on top of it.

Ordr delivers fresh food, and I think that green is more tasty than red and yellow or other color combinations.”

Ordr - food delivery service
This food delivery service promises to get your lunch to you within 10 minutes of ordering. Ordr delivers anywhere within Prague 1. Strive is collaborating with Messenger for delivery services, and Chefparade.cz is in charge of preparing delicious meals five days a week.
