How You Fit In

You’ll be joining our Frontend team of React and React Native Engineers and tackling projects that usually last around 4–8 months. Usually, you can expect to work on only one project at a time, be involved from start to finish and look forward to working with clients such as Barry’s, Porsche, Rebel Girls, The Athletic and The Pump. As for meeting our international clients, there may be times you’ll get to visit them — or you may see them strolling through our Prague office, since they’re often curious to see STRV in action and to meet their team in person.

• Testing: Testing Library, Maestro

• Our favorite libraries: expo-router, react-native-reanimated, read-native-gesture-handler, restyle, notifee, flash-list, react-native-mmkv and many others

• Code quality tools: ESLint, Stylelint, Prettier

We Expect You to Have:

• 2+ years of experience in developing performant React Native apps (with profiling, performance debugging, animations and awareness of multi thread and bridging)

• Hands-on experience with native modules is a big plus (but not required)

• Familiarity with shaping FE architecture focused on scalability, performance and security

• Experience in collaborating with UI designers and an understanding of the importance and impact of pixel-perfection

• A passion for exploring the latest FE technologies

• A mindset in tune with ours — the STRV Frontend team philosophy resonates with you

• Good English is a must, as you will be speaking directly with our US-based clients
